In 2018, the average price for a gram is $9.14.  From the graphic above you can see that many of the western states are well below the national average.  Some of our popular legalized states like California, Washington, and Colorado are just over $7 per gram.  While the popular east coast states like New York and Pennsylvania are around $10 per gram.
